Teil 1 – Hard Skills

Nach meiner Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann und dem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Abschluss Diplom-Betriebswirt absolvierte ich ein Aufbaustudium zum Diplom-Controller. Im Anschluss daran war ich in verschiedenen Unternehmen als Business Controller, Vertriebs- und Projektcontroller tätig. Daraufhin erfolgte meine Fokussierung und Spezialisierung auf das Projektmanagement, PMO und projektbezogene Portfoliomanagement. Hierbei lagen meine Verantwortungsbereiche in der Projektkoordination, im Projektcontrolling, der Prozessoptimierung, dem Qualitätsmanagement sowie der Steuerung des Providermanagement. Ein strukturiertes und verantwortungsvolles Vorgehen beim Change Management, die Implementierung kommerzieller Transparenz sowie die Analyse und Dokumentation im Rahmen einer profunden Qualitätssicherung zur Schaffung von Win-Win-Situationen werden zur effizienten Projektsteuerung umgesetzt. Diese Kernkompetenzen wurden sowohl im Mittelstand als auch auf Konzernebene eingesetzt.

Teil 2 – Soft Skills

Aufgrund mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im projektbezogenen Controlling kombiniere ich IT-Affinität mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Know-how. Hierbei wird eine performante Projektkoordination und Projektsteuerung garantiert. Die effiziente und lösungsorientierte Steuerung des Projektportfolios in Verbindung mit einem interdisziplinären Verständnis der kundenspezifischen Ziele bilden die Grundlage für eine erfolgsorientierte Zusammenarbeit. Ein projekt- und prozessübergreifendes Monitoring wird gewährleistet. Eine eigenständige als auch selbstorganisierte Vorgehensweise im Kommunikationsprozess mit den Stakeholdern runden mein Profil ab.

After my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and my studies in business administration with a master degree in business administration, I completed postgraduate studies to become a certified controller. Following this, I worked in various companies as a business controller, sales controller and project controller. After that I focused and specialized on project management, PMO and project-related portfolio management. My areas of responsibility were project coordination, project controlling, process optimization, quality management and provider management. A structured and responsible approach to change management, the implementation of commercial transparency as well as analysis and documentation in the context of profound quality assurance to create win-win situations are implemented for efficient project management. These core competencies have been applied in medium-sized companies as well as on group level.

Part 2 – Soft Skills

Due to several years of professional experience in project-related controlling, I combine IT affinity with business know-how. Hereby a performant project coordination and project controlling is guaranteed. The efficient and solution-oriented control of the project portfolio in combination with an interdisciplinary understanding of the customer-specific goals form the basis for a success-oriented cooperation. Cross-project and cross-process monitoring is guaranteed. An independent and self-organized approach in the communication process with stakeholders complete my profile.

Das Projektmanagement wird als Managementaufgabe gegliedert in Projektdefinition, Projektdurchführung und Projektabschluss. Ziel ist, dass Projekte richtig geplant und gesteuert werden, dass die Risiken begrenzt, Chancen genutzt und Projektziele qualitativ, termingerecht und im Kostenrahmen erreicht werden.

 

Project management as a management task is divided into project definition, project implementation and project completion. The aim is to ensure that projects are properly planned and controlled, that risks are limited, opportunities are exploited, and that project goals are achieved in terms of quality, on time, and within budget.

Change Management

Unter Veränderungsmanagement lassen sich alle Aufgaben, Maßnahmen und Tätigkeiten zusammenfassen, die eine umfassende, bereichsübergreifende und inhaltlich weitreichende Veränderung zur Umsetzung neuer Strategien, Strukturen, Systeme, Prozesse oder Verhaltensweisen in einer Organisation bewirken sollen (Änderung eines stabilen Zustands in einen anderen stabilen Zustand).

 

Change management can be defined as all tasks, measures and activities that are intended to bring about a comprehensive, cross-functional and far-reaching change in order to implement new systems, strategies, structures, processes or behaviors in an organization (change of one stable status to another stable status).

Projektcontrolling

Sicherung des Erreichens der Projektziele und die Kontrolle des Projektablaufes. Im englischen Sprachraum kommt noch die Komponente der Projektsteuerung dazu. Das Projektcontrolling dient der Sicherung des Erreichens aller Projektziele durch Ist-Datenerfassung, Soll-Ist-Vergleich, Analyse von Abweichungen, Bewertung der Abweichungen und gegebenenfalls mit Korrekturvorschlägen, Maßnahmenplanung und Steuerung der Durchführung von Maßnahmen.

PMO steht für Project Management Office. Diese Abteilung ist für das Management der Projekte innerhalb eines Unternehmens zuständig, das Standards für das Projektmanagement innerhalb der Organisation definiert und aufrechterhält. Wichtige Aufgabenbereiche sind hier die Ressourcenplanung, die Etablierung von Projektstandards und Strategien sowie die laufende Überwachung aktiver Projekte.

 

PMO stands for Project Management Office. This department is responsible for managing projects within a company, defining and maintaining standards for project management within the organization. Important areas of responsibility here are resource planning, the establishment of project standards and strategies, and the ongoing monitoring of active projects.
